Put it on a Twitch channel points reward

Honkpad already includes this sound in the Global memes pack.

1. Install Honkpad. Under Viewers, find Twitch chat, type your channel name in Channel and turn on Listen to chat. You don’t sign in to Twitch: Honkpad reads your public chat by channel name.
2. In the Twitch creator dashboard, create a channel points reward, for example “Oof”, and turn on Require Viewer to Enter Text. Honkpad only sees redemptions of rewards that ask for viewer text.
3. In Honkpad, open the Oof meme, choose Add trigger, then Channel points.
4. Click Bind next redemption, save, and redeem the reward once in your chat. From then on every redemption plays the sound.
